Spencer performed above and beyond the call of duty; he provided us with realistic analysis with respect to the market and our investment opportunities, walked us through the procurement stages with clarity, and stayed with us past closing to find tenants and to bring the property to the condition necessary for rentals.

Spencer was wonderful and easy to talk to and get along well with he really answered all my questions and also helped me through the entire home buying process, when I was first looking I had reached out to a few realtors and although they were professional they didn't seem to have the same knowledge and a true care for what I was searching for, Spencer gave 110% of his time and effort into finding the best home for me and always had time to slip me into his schedule for a last minute viewing , his connections and knowledge and input was so helpful and I couldn't even imagine finding another realtor like Spencer, he is my first and only recommendation to anyone searching to sell or purchase a home couldn't of asked for anyone better than Spencer and the lux group thank you so much!

Spencer has guided numerous family members through their own home search/purchase. As a consequence, I learned of his superior knowledge and guidance within the local real estate market. It was that frame of reference, that made my decision to reach out to him a no-brainer.
