Amelia kept us informed with daily listings that met our search criteria for 6 weeks prior to our visit. When we arrived, she was eager to show us all the prospects even though it was Christmas week! She was patient, understanding and did not pressure us at all. After careful consideration, we made an offer on one of the very first homes in our favorites' list even though we saw it last and it was approx 80 miles south of where we were looking. She was on top of all the title docs, home inspection and the closing. She has a very gentle, calm and reassuring manner which is helpful when home shopping. Her communications were both verbally and through email were informative and concise.

We would heartily recommend Amelia to anyone looking for a new home!

Ameila is full of fun energy! She went above and beyond with making calls, driving two hours to meet us at the house we liked, and arranging all of the necessary paperwork promptly. Amelia was very friendly and very detailed. I didn't have to stress about anything because she was so detailed and on top of things. She was there when ever we needed to ask a question or for any inspections and the closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was medically retired from the Army in 2015. We were staying with my Mom while looking for a decent place to live. I honestly can not remember how I heard about Amelia, but we began talking to her about buying a home in 2016. Our credit was in rough shape at the time, but we persevered. In the beginning of 2017 I learned my wife, Tangela, was pregnant...with twins! The two of them were born in August. Our desire to own a home intensified, but we also became distracted. We finally dragged our credit score out of the pit we had dug. In spring of 2019 we obtained pre-approval for a home. We finally found a home that seemed just right, but we did not get it. Thankfully the runner-up worked out. We closed in the beginning of September.
Through all of these events, and all of our ups and downs, Amelia would check in on us time and time again. Pricking our hearts and bodies like a bone spur the MRI can not detect. She was always positive and never seemed discouraged. When our original lender flaked out us, she threw out three recommendations. We went with the only one with an app. Linda Davidson's team was far more knowledgeable and helpful than that other guy. Actually, I can not recommend Amelia strongly enough!
