Amilia and I corresponded for several months before we were able to meet. During the period she provided outstanding advice on the market in the areas we were interested. Markets are different and she provided the kind of knowledge needed by an outsider to make an informed purchase decision form structuring the offer, keeping the deal moving and assisting after the close. She went well beyond expectations when we were unable to move in the house after spending hours in 2 cars with 2 pups and she made reservations and paid for a vey nice room so we good get a night sleep before before the moving van arrived. As stated earlier I have been in the business of selling and buying real estate in Texas for the past 10 years. I am still in the mortgage business. In a world full of texting, unlike other realtors I have dealt with, Amelia didn't text me to relay important information, she called me to find out my exact needs and followed up with answers in a timely fashion. In a tight seller's market in Dallas, Amelia made sure I was able to see the home I wanted to see in a timely manner and immediately wrote the contract based on my desire. Amelia quickly got to work for us. She treated us as if we were her only clients: quick to answer our questions, returned phone calls quickly, and took care of any and all concerns we had. She went above and beyond my expectations and really sought out our best interests. My 3 year old adored her! She was very warm and has become a part of our family!

Amelia Chappel did a great job keeping us informed in the process of purchasing a house. She laid out the timeline of what needed to happen and when, then followed up with us as to her progress. Her hands-on approach was invaluable since we are new to the state of Texas and had no contacts such as home inspectors, etc. She handled everything for us. All we had to do was show up to the closing!
