Amelia Chappel was the first realty agent that contacted me after I signed up to look at houses online. She was not pushy, just let me know she was there to help with my needs. When it came time to settle on our agent to both sell our home and build our new home, we quickly decided that our instincts told us to go with Amelia. We have never once regreted that decision. Honestly, do not know how we would have achieved refurbishing a house to sell and designing and building our new home — and timing everything to work out with both closings the same day — without her being our partner. Amelia was with us at every step, We could always count on her guidance, timely call backs, and just absolutely anything we needed from an excellent agent. Amelia made the process of purchasing a new home seamless considering that I was living on the East Coast while looking to purchase in Texas. Amelia knows the market. She was spot on with pricing and decor to sell fast. I was one that didn't really question it much as I knew she would not misguide me.
