Amelia Chappel is an outstanding agent and person. I could tell from the beginning, that our partnership was not just about "making the sale" for her, but that she truly cares about her clients and that she always had OUR best interest in mind.She's highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. She always answered her phone or quickly returned our phone calls (unlike MANY agents we've dealt with in the DFW Metroplex). She researched COUNTLESS properties for us, so we could find the "perfect" one and promptly got the info on them back to us. She drove out of town (since we were relocating about 3 hours outside of town) many, many times and was always happy and enthusiastic when we met up, no matter how many properties we wanted to see. When we did finally settle on a property, she helped us through the extremely SLOW and grueling process of closing our loan with the Veteran's Land Bureau and became our advocate, to ensure they got it closed on time - something that I'm CERTAIN would not have happened without her help. Amelia was outstandingly patient. Another thing, I feel, that makes Amelia such a great agent, is that she was able to advise us about aspects of our purchase, which were extremely important factors in making sure the property we chose was able to be utilized in the way we wanted, so that we would be 100% happy with our purchase. Many of these things were things we would have never known about and had she not been there to tell us about them, we may very well have purchased something that would not have been suitable for us.She would rather NOT make a sale, than have a client who's unhappy with their purchase. Amelia's top-notch on her client service and although I'm certain she has many clients, she always made us feel as if we were her only priority and I honestly felt that she was as genuinely excited about our dream, as we were. Even after our property had closed, she didn't just end the relationship there. She actually told us we can continue to call her - forever - for anything we need - advice, referrals (for example,she was able to recommend a contractor she trusted in the area, when we decided to have some building done on our property) - really anything she can help us with and if she doesn't know the answer, she probably knows someone who does. When all was said & done, we were blessed to have gotten her as an agent and without her would never have been able to make make our dream happen .Not only do we have an amazing contact who continues to help us out, but we've also made an amazing friend, and we are very, very blessed to have found her.

Amelia Chappel was a pleasure to work with and always prioritized the things that were most important to us.

Our overall experience was amazing. We spent approximately 8 hours with Amelia (over the space of two days) looking at homes, quickly found one that we were interested in, and Amelia made everything else happen from there. Thirty days later, we had the keys to our new home. It was such an easy process! Amelia always listened to our thoughts and knew exactly what we wanted, so we didn't waste time looking at homes she knew would not work for us.
