I’ve just closed on my first home in West Sacramento thanks entirely to Arica Velasquez. I was looking for a home that I could relocate my family to but kept getting out bid. Additionally, since I was relocating from the Bay Area, homes would get several offers in before I was able to see the property. Eventually, I decided to give up on my home search and wait for better opportunities but I was then introduced to Arica and she presented my options to me and explained that now was a great time to buy. She then put me in touch with a lender that provided me better loan options which kept my home search active. She FaceTimed me for home tours late into the evening and got the first offer sent out accepted. She even managed to get me additional credits from the seller, saving me money on closing.

I really appreciated her patience while she answered every question and followed through on every inquiry. She was available all hours (even on weekends) and kept my confidence high throughout
