I have a couple of Friends in Real Estate and they interviewed several Agents in my area before recommending Aris to sell my mom's condo when she went to go live in a retirement community. Wow! Did they every get it right! Aris has been fantastic to work with from day one. Aris knows the process very well and made the endless paperwork and sign-offs workable. He has a long list of resources to call on for the myriad of tasks that need to be done to get a place show-worthy. The place was literally picture perfect when we were done thanks to the people Aris recommended. In a difficult SoCal Market made more so because of the holidays, we did well. Aris was relentless in holding Open Houses and doing showings. When it came down to brass tacks he helped navigate the negotiations to a great outcome! I can't say enough good things. Do yourself a favor and ask for him. You will be grateful you did.

Aris was great! We were able to close within 4 weeks! My home is beyond my wildest dreams. A lake view with ducks, turtles and bulk frogs to name a few of the wildlife scurrying around. I couldn't be any happier and content. I'm so thankful he stayed on top of this and made it happen!
