While she represented the owners of the home my family rented, her behavior was reprehensible.

She would not answer calls. She did not show up on time, she has no attention to detail. She spoke very negatively about the owners. She tried to have us buy instead of rent knowing our situation. She did not help with any issues even though she was the designated go between the tenant and owner.

She should not even consider being a rental agent even for family and friends. Her bias was obvious and her condescention was unbearable.

Fouzi will be by your side from start to finish. She truly knows her market and product and does her best to get to know her clients and their needs. She negotiated our purchase in a competitive market and we won against 6 other contracts. She even had a contract for us for our sale within a day and it was not easy doing both a purchase and sale simultaneously! She is very patient and wants her clients to be happy finding homes, not just houses. I would recommend her and most definitely use her again!
