He truly listened to us and understood our particular needs. He took time explaining all areas of the process in an easy and informative manner and was well prepared to answer questions we had. We listed on a Tuesday and had a signed contract on Sunday. Though surprisingly fast, we were well prepared and guided by Greg's team through each step of the process from inspection to closing. Normally "smooth" and a "joy" don't go together during home sales, but Greg and his team provided the best possible sales experience my wife and I could have imagined.
