Working with Hunter to get our house sold was amazing. Hunter was professional, kind, efficient, informative and most importantly he was extremely responsive. We were moving out of state and had so many questions along the way. He walked us through every single step from beginning to end. We ended up moving (out of state) before our home in CA was sold but that did not stop Hunter from keeping us up to date every day and keeping in contact several times through out the days until everything was finalized. We found a home that checked off all the boxes for us however we had not started even the pre approval process. With offers being reviewed in 2 days, Hunter was able to guide us through the process and connect us with great resources. With his help, we were able to submit an offer before the deadline. He assisted us while we were expecting our first baby. Our son came sooner than expected during the process and Hunter was so patient and helpful with escrow. He was able to get us credits and concessions while being completely transparent. At no point did he ever pressure us and made sure we were comfortable the entire way.
