Julia is the first round pick as your lineman! Julia made this entire process so effortless for my family and I as we sold our family home. She came in on a whim to take a look at the house, give us the best suggestions to put the house on the market for the best value. She is so knowledgeable. Not once did I or my family ever have a question that went unanswered. She is incredibly efficient and stuck to the timelines that she gave us. She had my family’s best interest at heart and it showed. She sold my home so quickly, we were in complete awe. When I believed it wouldn’t happen, her optimism kept us going. She was efficient in presenting all offers to us, honest in her advice, and such a pleasure to work with. Julia is absolutely fantastic! She does her research with every house. She took the time to understand our wants and needs to make sure we saw houses and neighborhoods that fit our criteria. She knows so much about the area and was able to answer all of our questions about schools, shopping, etc. She’s funny, nice, and very responsive!! You can’t go wrong with Julia!
