Karen Castillo is your above average and top performing agents that you want on your side. She is very communicative, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. There are three things that made her stand out and why I recommend her. First, her confidence in her answers and decisions is reassuring when we had doubts or concerns anytime throughout the process. Secondly, she isn't just there to answer your questions and get the job done, but goes above and beyond by asking you very important questions that you might not think of. This is especially very important when you are a first time home buyer and are not familiar with the process. Thirdly, she grows onto you as you start looking at homes - specifically getting to learn what types of homes or styles you like, and what you don't like. She can basically read your mind and get an idea of what you're thinking based on first glance of a home.

Karen's personality is top notch. It was easy to work with her and she answered any questions I had. She made me feel comfortable through the process.

Even though it was my first home purchase, Karen made it seem easy. She was always on top of things and did everything quickly and always got back to me with answers to any questions I had. She even calmed me down and reassured me when I felt nervous about buying a home. She was always available and easy to reach. I would definitely go back to Karen if I need any real estate help.

I would highly recommend Karen Castillo as a salesperson. She is an excellent agent. She knows her business. She is a go getter and very dependable.

On a scale from 1 to 10 I will give this experience with Karen Castillo/Century 21 a 10. I had my doubts at first because of the covid-19 pandemic. I thought to myself who's gonna wanna buy my house at this juncture. Skeptical at first until I received Karen's flyer in the mail. I gave her a call and quickly we set up a meeting the very next day and got to work. She answered all my questions and put my doubts at ease. She doesn't play around, get's the job done and has a firey attitude that I like about her. I would recommend anyone to Karen that's looking to buy/sell a home. I would like to take the time to thank Karen for all of her help she was very professional she kept us informed at all times she went beyond the call of duty even to the point of finding our dog a home although the experience was stressful for me She took the time to explain everything that was going on at all times I would strongly use her again in the future thank you

This was a difficult sale, as it began with a tenant still occupying the property. The tenant was not cooperative at all. But, Karen was so patient and worked around her as best she could. When the tenant got unmanageable, Karen identified and recommended an eviction specialist. She handled all of the coordination to get the tenant out. Once the tenant vacated, Karen was on top of pushing the property. It was a few months wait overall (as the property lost FHA approval a month in to the process), but Karen quickly navigated around every hurdle, and got an offer on the house within a few weeks of the tenant vacating and re-listing the property.
She kept me updated every step of the way, she was always available to answer my calls, and she was always willing to pick up the phone to clarify something if she thought I was confused or just to ease my fears when I got worried about the process. Karen was the full package! She provided amazing recommendations for workers to make the necessary repairs to the property, and often coordinated the work on my behalf. She hustled all the way through this process, and I cannot thank her enough!! I’d recommend her to friends and family hands down, going forward. And when I’m ready to purchase again, I will be calling her directly.

I like how Karen Castillo was honest about homes, learned our likes and dislikes. She answered our questions, no matter how many times we asked, she was patient with us and our kids. She didn’t waste our time and her time with properties we would not like. We are first time home buyers and this process is foreign to us. She is phenomenal, I told my friends and family about her. I love my home and I love how she took care of us. Our kid was in the hospital and she went above and beyond for us to have our keys on time.

Karen was very helpful. She was very patient with me and the whole process. She went out of her way many times to ensure the sale went as smooth and quick as possible. Thank you Karen.
