Karen Castillo was great, we loved working with her. She had a lot of knowledge of the areas we were looking, insights on the market, strategies, etc., but really the things that made us love working with her were that she was very kind and caring, flexible with us as first time homebuyers in a difficult market, and really always was there for us when we needed her. Overall we had great experience working with her.
