Although a smaller deal, Kim treated it with great importance and provided good counsel.

Listed quickly and simply. Lots of viewings and had a contract in a week. Closing happened two weeks later. The process cannot be better

Kim Wirtz is truly the best realtor around!! From the minute we listed our home with her, we knew we made the right choice. We had multiple showings on Labor Day & received two offers. We accepted the higher offer, of course, but there was an issue with the buyer's financing, so the offer fell through. We learned this on the day of Kim's daughter's wedding, but that didn't stop Kim from handling the issue! We truly can't thank Kim enough for her attention to detail and responsiveness.
