Robin represented us in the sale of multiple former rental properties. It was a complicated process as there were non-paying tenants, an eviction, multiple houses that needed to be emptied and reconditioned to become ready to be shown. It was an involved process as the owner's representative was out of state, which left the contractor coordination mainly for Robin to handle. In the end, all the properties were sold and we had excellent representation with Robin.
