Greg came across as knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. I engaged him because I was impressed with his regular Myrtle Beach realty updates. His assistant was also efficient and good with following through. They adapted their sales strategy as the market changes and achieved a sale in the end.

Stacey and Richard were very sensitive to what I wanted to do with the property and worked hard to get the property sold.

We had no reservations in choosing The Harrelson Group as a realtor.

Greg Harrelson, along with his staff, provided excellent service. They knew that we were anxious to sell our Myrtle Beach condo quickly. Their experience in advertising and feedback from potential buyers was excellent. Greg corresponded with us frequently suggesting changes that could be valuable to expedite the sale of the condo.

If you have a short sale in the Grand Strand area, Century 21 Harrelson is the agency you need. Mr. Lindstrand was excellent to deal with, even during a very complicated and difficult transaction. The staff is attentive, easily reachable and communicative throughout the process.

Our family listed three properties with Greg Harrelson and he sold the first one within 10 days for a full price offer. The second property sold with 39 days. The third property sold within twelve weeks at a full price offer. Great staff and well run organization. If you want your property sold, list it with the Greg Harrelson group.

Greg is the most knowledgeable and honest person I have every encountered in Real Estate.

Greg‘a team is by far the most responsive of any realtors we have experienced. They keep us fully advised of movements in the market. They are by far the most aggressive realtors with which we have transacted our business. In addition to keeping us fully advised; what I find to be most unique is they truly work to obtain the highest values for the properties which we are selling. Often, a Realtor will tell you why you should lower your price. Greg and his team, especially Stacey, provide the client with an honest evaluation often counseling not to accept an offer which they deem to be too low - a rarity among real estate professionals. I highly recommend their services for your real estate transactions.
