We were so lucky to have found Gurdeep. She was extremely motivated in helping my wife and I find the right home. She made sure to completely understand what we were looking for in a home. Gurdeep was very organized, proactive, punctual and experienced - all qualities that we were searching for in an agent.

There were multiple homes along the way that we were interested in and Gurdeep was always patient in allowing us time to think and process when coming to a final decision. She helped us organize our thoughts and made sure that we did not jump into the wrong home. She found a great inspector that was extremely thorough. And of course she made sure that we met every deadline along the way. She has excellent attention to detail.

Wonderful to work with. Would not want to work with anyone else

I would highly recommend Gurdeep Mangat as a realtor. She did an excellent job staging and selling our house. She is very professional and knowledgeable.

Gurdeep MANGAT had a keen understanding of my objectives. She was recommended by a Real Estate Agent assigned to me previously by a major relocation company.

Gurdeep quickly realized that I had limited time to negotiate with the seller and go through the needed paperwork. She made it very easy for me and I am very grateful for her invaluable help with the entire process. Her performance has been outstanding, especially considering that I live and work in Princeton (NJ) and the townhome I bought is located in Alexandria (VA)!

I work long hours and I could call her by phone only late in the evening. That was never a problem!

Closing was smooth and uneventful, and we were finished well ahead of schedule.

We had At least two adverse factors: Six months Of heavy rain and nearby access road torn up for a year. But she got the job done anyway

One client kept insisting that there were dangerous toxic fumes in the cellar. Gurdeep Mangat took steps to insure there was no danger, while keeping the sale moving along.
