Gurdeep Mangat has been working with our family for several years. When this commercial property opportunity presented itself, we immediately reached out to her for representation. I vote Gurdeep for "Agent of the New Millennium." She sets the standard for what an Agent should be. Apart from her business and market expertise, she is trustworthy, responsive and understanding. This was the third property Gurdeep has sold for us and each one has been a positive experience, which is often not the case. From the initial meeting concerning the property to the settlement table, Gurdeep was totally committed to helping us. She has always done her homework and explains the ups and downs of the property, the market in that area and traffic interested in buying.

Gurdeep got to work immediately with her check off list of what needed to be done to have the property show the best. She has endless connections with those who can do the work necessary. It is obvious that she has cultivated these relationships as they all appear to be very willing to work with her. The work was finished in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

Gurdeep is very willing to invest her time and she held two open houses for me. Once she sees interest she stays on it and works with the buyers agent to try and make the deal. Through out the whole process she is extremely professional and thorough , and would always stay in communication with me letting me know exactly how things were progressing.

These were extremely difficult lots to sell because of easements, pricing, and the market during a recession. But she stuck with it and did a great job.
