It just so happens that Susan was friends with the listing agent of a home which we found on Zillow. Unfortunately, we did not get that home, but Susan was able to find us our dream home. Susan's knowledge of the shore area and being on the water, has been a tremendous wealth of knowledge to my husband and I. This is our first home on the water and Susan assisted every step of the way, not only with the sale but giving us insight. She is incredibly astute with small details which a buyer doesn't always think of. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable, from signing documents to taking care of our walk through. Wonderful person, works hard and always busy but still finds the time to answer questions on phone calls or text. She connects with you like your family. She's witty, talented, multi tasker, smart and goes out of her way for you.. , When looking at houses she advises you of the good and bad of what she sees in workmanship making her very honest and trustworthy. She goes out of her way to find the perfect house for you.

My fiance and I recently just purchased our first home, with the help of Susan. Susan was a absolute pleasure, she made the process smooth, kept us highly informed, and was prompt with any homes we wanted to see. This was a huge step in our life and I honestly couldn't have asked for a more trustful and honest agent to work with. Great personality, work ethic, and the biggest thing is you can tell she really does care about her clients. We will continue to use Susan for any real estate transactions in the future! So knowledgeable of the area- from recommendations for a handyman to daycare- she knew it all. She also left us the sweetest welcome gift/ package. We loved her so much that I referred her to my father!
