2026 Addition:
After a couple of years renting, we decided we were ready to buy a house. Words can not express how helpful, generous, kind, resourceful, patient and knowledgeable Viktoria was throughout then entire process. We must have toured over 30 homes before finding the house that checked all our boxes, and when we did she made sure our offer would stand out amongst the others and we won the home in just 3 hours after putting in an offer! But even past that, she made sure we were good to go throughout the entire home buying process, from connecting us with a fantastic lender (before touring homes, so we were pre-approved), making sure we had a great moving team to help us load and unload our things into the new home, using a title company that was extremely responsive and helpful, and point us in the direction of handsdown the best home inspector I have ever used.
