I'll start by advising you on how to stage or update your home to get the best return on investment. From there, I'll take professional photos of your place and get your home listed on the MLS. I'll advertise your property both online and in print, host open houses, and more, to get the most for your current house.

We will start with a no-pressure, relaxed conversation to discuss hopes and goals, where you can ask any questions you have about the process. We will take time to see what's available on the market, and can tour as many homes as you need to feel confident in your decision.
