Steve went far beyond the call of duty to get both our deals done!

Steve Kerper made suggestions on preparing for the sale. He assisted in finding resources for cleaning, moving, etc. It would have been much more difficult without help.

Steve Kerper was knowledgeable and on top of the process before and after the entire transaction. He "went to bat" for me and helped move the process forward.

I didn't exactly choose Steve, I was referred to him as he was certified through the Navy Federal program and after meeting Steve I did not have any need to consider anyone else as he was the best at what he does.

Steve had an extensive amount of knowledge of not only the local real estate market, but the deals that were offered, which allowed him to find me the best possible deal.

I have dealt with a few real estate brokers in the past that were professional and seemed to be good, but after seeing how Steve approaches his job and relationships with his clients, no one else can compare. When working with Steve I felt like meeting my needs was the most important thing in his life. I don't expect that kind of service, but in all areas he far exceeded my expectations.

We did not know Steve Kerper prior to this, but he was referred by a trusted friend. And now we consider him a friend as well. I would recommend Steve Kerper to anyone, he is the best broker or real estate agent I've ever had. And, I've had some bad experiences in the past.

Steve got me more money in savings in the house I bought, and will probably get more money for the house I am selling, than I would have thought possible.

Steve goes the extra mile in getting me services I needed when I needed them. He also provided savings in his recommendations over the service providers I got quotes from on my own.

Steve works for his client above everything else. He is available by phone whenever you need him. That is a welcome change from waiting on hold or waiting to get a call back from other agents I have dealt with.

Steve is not only the best agent, he is also a personable and likeable individual that I would be proud to call a friend.

Judge Fite Mgt. originally assigned another agent. She went out of town, however, and I wasn't getting any communication or service. They then assigned Steve Kerper, who couldn't have done any better job and service than he provided. He was a perfect gentleman, did business the way I was used to being treated, and did a wonderful job for me.

Even though he went out of town on short trips, he assured me that he was available by phone any time, and that I could reach him with any questions or information. He kept me informed of his location at all times.

I received a letter from Judge Fite Mgt. informing me that they were assigning a woman very experienced in 1031s to handle my purchase in Kru m to replace a rental property I was selling in California. Initially, she was good, communicating enthusiasm and friendliness, and signing me up to receive MLS notifications. However, she wanted to introduce me to someone else to handle all 1031 questions. That's about the last I heard from her. She did inform me she was going on a short trip, and her husband would show me property if I saw any on the MLS I was interested in. After awhile, Judge Fite re-assigned me Steve Kerper.

Steve continued to help me even after the sale was complete. I appreciated this very much, as there were several repairs necessary, and communication with the tenant regarding rent payments. Overall, the experience was very positive.

Steve handled anything I had a problem with, picked me up, drove me to look at properties, and gave me a sense of security so that I didn't worry about details. I had faith in him to handle any problem that came up, and he always lived up to my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in negotiating real estate deals and did an excellent job in obtaining the best price possible.

Steve is a very very good agent. He was my buying agent working under my very tight 1031 exchange deadline. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient. I would use him again and refer him to my friends.
