Steven found us great contractors to do some quick fixes around the house to prepare it for sale. He helped explain everything we could expect from the selling process. We had the luck of dealing with a buyers agent that would not answer questions for days at a time, I was beginning to get frustrated. Steven calmed me down a few times and assured me everything would work out at the end, which it did. THANK YOU STEVEN!

When I met Steven, I was 19 years old. He asked me if I wanted to buy a house because the prices were really cheap. He guided me with the bank but I didn't have any credit. Now the plan was to open 2 lines of credit and in three months I would be ready. Sure enough I was in a house at the age of 20. We sold the house about 7 years later and I made a really good profit. Fast forward a few years later and we are ready to sell my mother’s house, but it needs some TLC. Steven offered to help and loan us money to repair my mother’s house to get TOP DOLLAR. Just as Steven recommended, we did the kitchen, landscape and interior paint. We got $$$ TOP DOLLAR $$$!!! We're very happy with Steven, not only for his real estate knowledge and experience but his willingness to financially help us to get the most money for my mother’s house.
