Hi, my name is Chad and I’m proud to lead The Link Team at Elite Properties! I am the owner and Designated Broker at Elite Properties. Over the last 18 years, my team has helped over 2,000 clients realize their real estate dreams. Whether it is helping a couple purchase their first home, helping a family sell their current home, or helping an investor find a foreclosed home, our experience is second to none.

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I graduated from Curtis High School in University Place and earned my degree in law from the University of Washington. My father was a 20-year veteran in the United States Air Force. I have lived in Marysville, Snohomish, Everett, Mill Creek, Seattle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, University Place, Olympia, and Lacey. Over the last 18 years, it has been my honor to help clients in every city in Western Washington.
