Danny told us what we needed to do and hooked us up with contractors to get our house ready for sale. Painted, cleaned up the yard, washed, new carpet...

As important, he let us know what we didn't need to do - what we didn't need to spend money on.

The sale photos he took were great, we had a lot of interest and offers before the house went on sale.

We wound up selling for several tens of thousands of $$$ over asking a day after it hit the market.

He was extremely helpful and responsive which was critical as we were purchasing from another state without being able to visit the homes in person. He scheduled for us to view several homes, remotely, and he took his time walking through each house so we could really get a sense of how the house was laid out and the appearance of each room.
