Amy Gutierrez was a great buyers agent. She found the property that we purchased that I did not fined through online sources. We purchased while out of state and with unconventional financing. She kept everything on track and continued to be our eyes and ears resolving issues before they blocked the sale. I highly recommend her.

Amy sold our rental house in one week! Working with Amy was a great experience. She staged the empty home with kitchen and bathroom decor, area rugs and lamps. She has a flair for knowing how to showcase a home to its best advantage. Since this was our first time selling to a VA buyer, her quick research and explanations cleared up our misconceptions about the process. She was available for every inspection, including the appraisal and explained every document we signed. You can’t go wrong with Amy G.
