Lois DeCaro, a lifelong resident of Whippany in Hanover Township, New Jersey, began her career by investing in real estate. Lois became a NJ Real Estate Salesperson in the mid-90s. She joined Med Realty, built a team of superior agents, and was awarded the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award multiple times. In 2005, she obtained her NJ Real Estate Broker's license and opened Lois DeCaro, Realtors, LLC in her hometown. After five years, she merged with Coccia Real Estate Group.
