She sold my first house, a two family, in a down market with over 200 other two family houses available in the Lowell area during the mortgage crisis. She took time with me, finding out what I needed from the sale and gave me good feedback. It was under agreement in two days after some negotiations and then some further negotiations after the home inspection. She stayed with me and guided me knowledgeably through the process. I kept her name because the family home would eventually need to be sold. And almost 15 years later, it was this year. It was not an easy entry to market with the courts backed up for estates and getting authority to sell just in time.
