Martha was phenomenal—not only did she secure the home I envisioned living in for the next decade, but she also went above and beyond to protect my interests. This experience was truly a journey for both of us. Initially, I came across a real estate ad from Martha and decided to make a switch from my previous agent, with whom the home search had been slow and disappointing. Martha confidently assured me that she would get results.

At first, I was focused on finding a downtown condo until I encountered the high HOA fees, which shifted my search to a house closer to the city. If you’re looking for a realtor Martha will be an excellent choice. Martha was very helpful throughout the whole process, communicated with us very well and if we had questions she would always answer it. She was very patient with us until we found our dream home. She would always send us listings right away and if I saw one from my side I was interested in she would look into it right away, beyond glad I had her as my realtor!
