Nick is an excellent realtor and I would recommend him to my family and friends. His integrity, professionalism and trust worthiness are his strongest attributes and his knowledge of the real estate market is admirable.

My wife and I recently sold our home in Alta Loma through Nick Cardenas @ CENTURY 21 King. It had been 38 years since we last sold a home, so we were a bit rusty on how things worked in todays market.

The experience could not have been better! Nick and his team did a fabulous job of creating a positive and customer friendly atmosphere . From start to finish, the process was seamless. Nick did a thoroughly professional job of determining our needs, getting the property ready to show and completing the sale. He made it very easy for us to handle all the details and paperwork. HIs follow up and communication were excellent.

Our experience is selling the house with Nick was great. We were especially appreciative of the timely way in which the house got listed, advise on making repairs (we didn't do any) and insights on the listing price. We got 5 offers within the first few days. We went with one of them, but it fell through, so we made counter offers to the others and got an even better price. We had the money in the bank one month after the property listed.

My significant other and I began searching for a home in September of 2020. It was a very frustrating and disappointing process but Nick definitely continued to give us hope. After almost 8 months we finally found the one! He made the process extremely easy and calming. I had a million questions and he answered all of them no matter what time it was. He was there for us every step of the way. We are extremely grateful for him and will be recommending him to all of our friends and family looking for a home.

Nick was always available at all hours of the day. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. He made this home buying experience easy and painless. Nick is personable and you can tell he enjoys what he does. I will use him and recommend him for all of my real estate needs.

Nick has to be the best realtor I've worked with. From the very beginning, he made sure we were aware of the process from A-Z. He kept us informed at all times and made sure we were taken care of. With his professional advice, we were able to sell our house well above market value and he was able to get us into the home of our dreams. We have used Nick for the selling of two homes, and the purchase of two. After the first transactions, we were set on using him again. He made the process so easy and smooth for us, and always had our best interest. We would 100% recommend him to our friends and family, and if ever going through the process again, use him ourselves :) We were able to get above asking for our homes, and able to purchase our homes at the best price for us! Its a no brainer to choose Nick!

On his social media he promotes a lot about hard work to get to your dreams. Weather it's him selling or helping you buy a house. He did not disappoint in what he promotes. My husband and I were extremely happy that we choose him as our agent.

We originally were working with a different broker who was not very responsive and didn’t provide anything but a listing. When we approached Nick, it felt like we were the only people on the planet buying a home. He quickly got us into homes to see them and get us into the approval process for a home loan.
Due to Covid, the loan process was a little longer than normal, but Nick and his team were fast acting, kept us calm and gave us peace. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone but Nick on buying our first home and experiencing a loan delay. Nick was dedicated to us and didn’t give up on our first hone process. He honestly made buying our first home a joy and took away all the stress. We talked to several friends and they all said they cried, had a horrible first experience and no communication from their broker but we didn’t feel it was a horrible experience, I felt it was amazing! We got the house we wanted and were able to work with an amazing broker!

I Felt very comfortable with Nick in knowing that I could trust him. This was very important to me because Selling my house was one of the biggest decisions I had to make. After lots of prayer, I knew it was something that had to be done. I’m so glad God used Nick to be a part of my story. I’m so thankful I had Nick as my agent.

My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home. We were nervous and unsure if we were even capable at this time. We contacted Nick and bombarded him with dozens of questions about loans (although he wasn't our loan officer he had a lot of knowledge), our potential budget, and when we could start our process. To our surprise, Nick not only told us we could start right away but also got us in contact with a loan agency who were amazing as well. Nick sent us lists of potential homes within our budget and area and called or text us every single day. He went with us to look at several homes which made us feel so secure and comfortable. Especially since he had to travel far to our area. He not only would travel to us time and time again but was so professional and courteous about making sure he wasn't just on time but even early to all appointments. That alone is amazing considering he had to travel up and down the Cajon Pass for us. He accommodated our busy schedules and would meet with us late during the week or even on weekends. We were so shocked by how incredibly dedicated Nick was in assisting us with finding and purchasing our first home. He stuck with us for months and tirelessly helped us search for the perfect home. We finally closed escrow but Nick didn't stop making sure we had everything we needed and even went above and beyond with basically providing a listening ear and free counseling when my fiancé and I freaked out with any minor inconvenience lol. Nick made sure we felt safe and taken care of while also informing us of all options. He never gave us his opinion or input unless we asked but was always so quick to answer our questions or concerns. He acted as a mediator at times, a sound and logical voice of reason and just really fought for us to get the home we wanted. If I could give him more stars and a higher review I would. Although I can't imagine wanting another home now, it is our first home and chances are we will eventually want to move and upgrade. We will 100% be working with Nick again and would recommend him to our friends and family. We had an amazing experience and feel blessed to have an agent as dedicated and diligent as Nick Cardenas.
