Andy is the BEST! First, he is truly a man of integrity and man of his word, something quite rare today. He genuinely has his client’s best interests in mind and have told them not to purchase when it wasn’t the right home or time. Second, he is the hardest working person I know and works day and nights for his clients. Recently, he had to go late at night to help his client’s listing and still got up early in the morning to meet another appointment. In his words, he always shows up unless he’s dead or in a coma. Lastly, he is a phenomenal negotiator. This is huge not only in getting the offer accepted and at a great price but for the numerous things that need negotiation during the process. For example an inspection report may show 20 things that need fixing. Andy may get 17 of those (or credit) whereas an average agent may get only 5 things. I could go on but the best thing to do is to talk to Andy and find out for yourself.
