Prior to finding John I was working with another Realtor from a different company. This Realtor was waiting for me to find properties to look at and never treated me like a client. Once I found John I experienced the complete opposite. He immediately contacted me to find out what my needs were. John's personality and drive to find me a new home is what made me excited to use him. He was not pushy and would go around my work schedule in order to view homes. My whole experience buying a new home for my kids and I was a pleasure because of John being on it at all times. In the past, I used another company to sell a house and my Realtor was more concerned about the buyers than me. It was none stop issues all the way to the end of closing. John was aware of those issues and he made sure no issues arose. If there were any issues he must have dealt with them because I experienced none.
