Initially met John Contabile during an open house, at which time I had 2 brokers: one recommended by the loan agent, plus an online company. Nevertheless, the qualities of professionalism, responsiveness, initiative, experience and an affable personality, made it immediately apparent that John would be the best and most effective broker. John even suggested an office conference to review various docs and contingency options before I actually wrote an offer (which I foolishly declined). John did actually find me my house! His online service proactively sends emails of homes as they hit the market, before the online services. I called John that morning, and within hours we were inside and he was striking a deal with the seller's agent. After we moved in, a neighbor rang our doorbell and we learned that he had submitted an offer which was higher than ours - but John was better than his agent! I would recommend him unequivocally.

A little over a year ago, we sold our house using Curtis Realty with the help of John Contabile.
