When my wife, baby, and I moved to Claremont we met John who was the listing against on the townhouse we rented. He was friendly, pleasant to work with, and knowledgeable about the area. When we decided to purchase a home in the area, working with John was an easy decision. He knows the Claremont / La Verne / Upland areas well and offered honest opinions about neighborhoods and value. He was readily available for inspections and acting as a calm-headed liaison between us and the seller agent. We navigated a tedious closing with his expertise and are thankful we worked with him as a result. Tremendous effort and personable agent. We will definitely work with John again.

John is very good at the hand holding of nervous, inexperienced sellers. He explained the listing process very well, gave great advice for prepping our house, and then met with us multiple times while our house was on the market as the market declined. Each time he patiently answered all our questions and showed us spreadsheets of local sales and listings. We valued his responsiveness, transparency and constant good humor. He hung in there with us to get our house sold.

John is very personable and willing to cater to the needs of his clients. He is willing to help get your home ready for showing by not only making suggestions but coming in to do the work and get his hands dirty.
