Michael Harbord was nothing short of amazing, we can't say enough great things about him and the experience of buying our first home! It is a stressful process, and Michael made it as painless as he possibly could. He listened to our wants and needs, he was available for any questions or concerns - we felt that he really cared about us and helping us making our dream of owning our first home a reality. He is very proactive, and great at constant and consistent communication. We were originally under contract for a short sale, but found another home that we fell in love with while waiting to hear back from the bank. We were able to get out of the short sale and purchase the home of our dreams! He talked my husband and I off the ledge on more than a few occasions and put our minds at ease.
