The wonderful magazines Sylvia has sent, over the years after my purchase, and little check-ins to see how things were my first year made it an obvious decision to contact her when it came to selling my home. She didn’t try to sell me a big dream in the process and encouraged me to make sure I was truly ready to sell. That way any possible emotional attachments wouldn’t cause conflict later. I trust her judgement and know she will be honest with me in my process whether buying or selling.

Sylvia Gause was without a doubt the most knowledgeable agent we have ever dealt with. Sylvia made sure we felt our deal was a priority and she was sure to address any concerns immediately. We know she was busy and even not a local agent, but if we called or needed her she made herself available each and everytime. She worked hard to get us the exact home we described it took a while due to we had a list of must haves and it was trying to find all we wanted in one house. We would find the right house, wrong neighborhood, perfect house outside of budget etc.. Our Ms. Gause didn't give up she showed empathy and her deepest compassion for our pain and suffering. WE HAD SUCH A TREMENDOUS PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH SYLVIA THAT WE DID NOT CONSIDER ANY OTHER BROKER/REALTOR. SHE UNDERSTOOD OUR NEEDS, ANTICIPATED THE MARKET CONDITIONS FOR OUR HOME, AND PRICED OUR PROPERTY APPROPRIATELY. OTHER AGENTS MAY HAVE UNDERSOLD OUR PROPERTY IN ORDER TO MOVE THE SALE, BUT SYLVIA MADE SURE TO MOVE AT A PACE THAT MAXIMIZED OUR SALE PRICE AS A VALUE.
