Our first experience with Paul was amazing. My husband was assigned to the DC Area and Paul helped us to rent a house. Once we were in he area we decided it was time to buy and Paul Pavot helped us. We've bought two houses with Paul, and both experiences have been great! Our first house was a simple sale, and Paul made sure that everything progressed quickly and efficiently. When we decided to rent that house (also with Paul's assistance) and search for something larger, he was again by our side. The search for house #2 lasted over two years and involved TONS of negotiation, but we finally closed on our perfect-condition, perfect location, perfect everything short sale!! Paul was by our side throughout the whole stressful process, even going so far as to mop water out of the basement when there was a minor flood before closing.
