I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor ! Vance has helped out tremendously!! Always did whatever he could , made time when it was needed ! Going out at night to help fit our schedule ! To sending videos of the houses , going to any house we wanted no matter the day and or time !!

We were so LUCKY to have Mr Vance help us find our townhouse in Riverview, FL. He went the extra mile to help us get into our place by September 1st. (Under 2 weeks) He was always professional and willing to help us anyway possible. We were unable to see the property because of our tight schedule so Mr Vance went on the tour and made a video for us too the property. He inspected the property as well as I would have. If I ever need a realtor again, for friends or family, I will only use Mr Vance. He really is the best out there.
