Tas felt more like a caring family member, rather than just a Realtor. Took the time to explain the home buying process. Responsive whenever I had questions. Proactively searched to find homes that fit my criteria with CMA’s so that I could make an informed decision quickly. That included recommending nice areas to search.

She has home building experience and that was so invaluable! She was able to identify issues with homes we saw and inform me of remedies or whether they were showstoppers. Most importantly, her aim was *not* to maximize her profit. For my house, she negotiated down the purchase price and made sure that all the other players in the pipeline (Lenders, etc.) were moving on-time and in-line.
