Derek Sankey began selling real estate in Southeastern Massachusetts and Northern Rhode Island in 1999. He quickly grew his career by helping friends and family buy and sell their homes. Derek then moved into investment properties, commercial and all aspects of residential sales including rentals with great success. In 2002 he opened Sankey Real Estate which he now oversees the day to day operation of the company along with his continued dedication to helping sellers and buyers with all of their real estate needs. He has reputation of being a closer, very straightforward, honest, fair, hard working and diligent.

Derek also invests in real estate properties to flip and hold. The types of properties he’s invested in are single family, multifamily and vacation properties. He owns multiple properties now with his invest group throughout New England.
