At the height of the market, I was in need of a new home. As a buyer, it was not only difficult finding the “right” house but also landing it in a sellers market with extremely low inventory and a multitude of buyers! It was less stressful working through this with Valerie especially since I was in a time crunch so I already had that on my plate. She worked endless hours scheduling showings and running me all over Harford County. I bid on a few houses along with 10+ other potential buyers and lost the deal.
