In a time of need, Jeff was our answer! After looking to rent a place for months and getting nowhere, contacting Jeff was the best decision we ever made. His knowledge and professionalism allowed us to get our foot into the door of the perfect place. He did all the heavy lifting and was the perfect communicator between us and the property owners from transferring documents to helping negotiate. Jeff Eliot was the absolute best! My roommates and I were looking for a place to lease and only had a month. We were nervous about finding a property given the housing market is so hot right now. Jeff was a godsend for my family. We spent months trying to rent a place and was having no luck. We worked with a few other people but they would disappear after a few denials. Not Jeff. It took us 2 months with him but we were able to find something and he never gave up on us. Thanks Jeff!
