Mike helped us purchase our home a few years back and recently helped us sell the same home after we wanted to move closer to family. In both sales Mike was great! He was always readily available for questions, and was patient and listened to what we wanted while still providing his expert opinions. Would highly recommend Mike for both buying and selling a home!

Michael Stoffel's low pressure, positive attitude, and knowledge of the market are the reasons we chose him. Michael was very responsive, flexible, and always followed through with every detail. Evenings, weekends, weekdays...he was always available. He was also patient with us and never had any judgment. He is also very well connected with various trades (e.g. handymen, pool, roof repairmen, etc). He was very honest and we never felt any pressure from him at all. Privacy was a concern for me and Michael honored my request. Best realtor I have ever worked with in many years so real estate.

Michael Stoffel made us feel as though we
were more than just a customer or client. He made us feel like a friend was helping us to find a home that would match our needs ,personality and budget. He knows the real estate market like the back of his hand , and using that keen knowledge he helped us sell our home for more than the listed price.
He knows what he's doing and he does what he said he will do. We always felt comfortable calling him with any questions that we had during the selling and purchasing process . If he didn't have an answer to a question he would say " let me check it out and I'll get right back to you " ; and he always called us right back with an answer. He's the real deal. I prayed for a knowledgeable and fair agent and my prayers were answered. We highly recommend Michael Stoffel to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Mike was great throughout the entire process.he didn't procrastinate on anything.in fact he was pushing the whole time to move the process along by communicating with lenders,escrow, etc to get things done.it was a great experience with mike,and he made it alot easier for me than I had anticipated.i would highly recommend this down to earth hard working and professional man to anyone in need of a professional in their corner.

The entire CENTURY 21 Showcase/Full Circle Team was very helpful and reassuring, which was needed during COVID19. Chenoa was especially watchful that every aspect of the move was addressed to make it a smooth transition. Michael stood out as a stellar agent, always following-up with me in a timely manner throughout the processes between me and the seller. Seth A was very helpful and attentive making sure I was aware of my loan options. Moving is not easy. Each and every one of the team members Tiffany, Michelle helped me through the process. I'm glad I had a great team of professionals help me make the move!

W e had an informal discussion with him and were impressed with his knowledge, apparent work ethic, connections in the community, use of social networking, and more. He was also selling a high profile house across the street. We switched agents after meeting him.

Mr. Stoffel had regular communications with us, and was an active conduit to the buyers agent who he knew personally (as did we, coincidentally). He responded very rapidly to questions we may have had, and gave solid well substantiated advice as to how to properly prepare the property for sale. Responded to text communication usually within minutes. He is a very pleasant individual who is affable and easy to talk to. Helped us get through a few bumps in the sale process and re-negotiations. He has my highest recommendation. I would certainly use him again!
