Michael Stoffel is the best agent locally. His knowledge of the market and the areas makes using him a no brainer. He’s respected by other agents which also makes working with him nice and easy. Other agents know they are dealing with a seasoned professional.

Michael Stoffel was willing to hear and answer any questions I had. He would take the time to talk whenever I called and would answer every question to the best of his knowledge. He would always seek an answer if he wasn’t sure and contact me once he found what he needed. His communication was always timely. Michael never waited to the last minute to take care of anything. Michael was professional, approachable, friendly, and effective at dealing with us as customers and the sale of our home.

Michael was and continues to be great! As an agent, he has all the qualities one would expect from an excellent real estate person, especially when handling the sale of a parent home.
Not pushy, and works with you to both understand the optimum value and approach to achieve what is expected. I really do not know anyone else that could have provided the guidance we needed or helped us to get the results we got!

Mike was one of the most patient and knowledgeable agents I have ever met. I have spoken to numerous agents before deciding to go with Mike because of his understanding to what the buyers wants and needs. His demeanor made us feel extremely comfortable to ask any questions we needed even if we thought they were irrelevant. He was always available via phone or text and got back to us immediately every time. I highly recommend his services and expertise.

I chose Michael Stoffel because of the sales guarantee. I had already bought another house and needed out fast. I thought selling my house would take several months. I was surprised when he called two days later letting me know we had received a full price offer. We felt that the listing price was critical and were afraid that if the house was listed too high it would linger on the market, but he listed it appropriately, resulting in a sale two days later. Buyers asked for a 30 day escrow but everything came together 3 days early. There were no mistakes. Nothing forgotten. The entire process was fast and flawless!

This was a very emotional time for me. My family had just settled our parents into assisted living. Mr Stoffel was so kind and understanding. He is the best of the best

Michael Stoffel is hands down the best Realtor! He's extremely knowledgeable of the market, the home buying process and savvy with technology. Responds within minutes if not seconds and always is in a great mood! His team runs smooth like a machine. Always willing to go the extra mile for his clients.

We chose Michael based on a friend's recommendation and Yelp reviews. From the very first conversation with Michael he was courtious, helpful, friendly, prompt, and always available to answer any questions. Having dealt with other real estate agents the fact that Michael was available at any time needed was a great start. Then his knowledge of the area, market and real estate profession just added to his excellent professionalism. There wereally several areas of the sale thato could have become and issue but Michael promptly took care of them and helped the process proceed without a hiccup. Overall Michael couldn't get a higher score/rating from me. I will without a doubt recommend him to any and all friends looking to purchase a house.
