Rachel Taylor is the Managing Broker of Elevated Realty at the Tampa location, a licensed REALTOR® and Mortgage Loan Originator dedicated to helping clients and agents succeed throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Rachel earned her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license in 2023, became a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in 2024, founded Team Paradise as Team Lead in 2024, and advanced to Broker Associate in 2025 before stepping into her role as Managing Broker.

With years of experience renovating homes, negotiating contracts, and guiding buyers, sellers, and investors, Rachel brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every transaction. As Managing Broker, she is passionate about mentoring agents, providing hands-on support, and helping them build successful, sustainable businesses through education, technology, and proven marketing strategies.
