I was a first-time home buyer, therefore, I did not have extensive knowledge of the process. Paul was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I also had a very busy schedule, but Paul was accommodating during this time. He was always prepared and responded very quickly to my texts/emails! He made the process of buying my first home easy.
When we first met Paul it was as if we had known him for a long time. He was informative, professional and always attended to our needs with a smile. He was never pushy. He sold our home and helped us buy a new one. We had a couple of setbacks with one potential buyer and a seller but Paul’s positive attitude encouraged us. Lastly we moved during a significant snow storm and the next day we had a garage full of things that never made it on the moving truck. It was Paul who insisted that he help us load his car and ours and take the things over to the new place. He went by himself and unloaded and came back for the rest and unloaded most of the things. I don’t know of many realtors who would do this.
