Hello!

My name is David Dye and I have been an agent here in SoCal for just over five years now. Born and raised here in SoCal, I took interest in real estate at a very early age.

After earning my degree in finance, I dove right into the market as a dual certified real estate agent and loan officer. I believe that in this market where financed transactions make up at least 75% of the market, it is imperative to have knowledge of current financing programs and underwriting standards. With that said, every offer I accept on a home, or present to a seller if I am representing you as a buyer, gets fully vetted in terms of financing by me and my team. This helps avoid offers falling out of escrow and ensures a timely close. Truth be told, funding falling through is one of the top reasons buyers pull out of escrow, I like being able to sleep knowing the offer we accepted or sent is going to go though just fine.

Outside of the technical aspects of real estate, I pride myself on the relationships I build with all of my clients both during and after the transaction. My job does not stop at closing - it is just beginning. I encourage all of my clients to save my cellphone number in case any issues with their mortgage or home arise.
