Nice person and professional. He always was there, give us all the information that we need, about advisory for each house we we’re looking, He had the patience in our changes of mind, he was always ready to join us to find the correct house, we had specific requirements about our pets baby and lifestyle and he helped us find them in the house we bought. This being our first home purchase, it was a pleasure working with Alex as our realtor! He is the definition of what a good realtor should look like. He was always accessible to us with any questions we had (day or night), very personable, and treated us like we were his top priority- taking us to view multiple listings before we found our new home. Once we got under contract Alex stayed on top of things and ensured no little details fell through the cracks throughout the entire process that he/we had control over. Alex Exceeds Expectations!!!! I listed my home FSBO and had quite the process of selling my home without an agent. I was absolutely blown away by Alex, who exceeded all my expectations. The way he interacts with his clients in the process shows such tact and diplomacy. I needed to move within three weeks and rent my fully furnished house. He was able to organize a professional listing with professional photographs and video footage of my home. Within 48 hours of listing my house, he had it rented to a young professional who has been a perfect tenant.
